Here is some Q&As which might help you better understand how everything works here :)

  • Due to Covid situation, please expect delays on your orders and different countries take different pandemic control policies so please wait with patience and check your tracking information regularly. If you do meet some difficulties with the updates of your tracking information please contact me at hello@leawoostudio.com I will try my best to assist on my end.

  • All prints are printed on high quality art paper through inkjet printer and can be preserved well and maintain a good condition if it is under good protection (gets properly framed and sealed and avoid straight sunlight exposure or humidity)

  • All orders will be packed and get sent within 7 working days after they are placed. You will first get an order confirmation email and second a confirmation of shipping email with tracking number.

  • Normally the parcels will be delivered within 2-6 weeks. For destinations like USA or France it will take shorter time. And because of the pandemic it might take up to 8 weeks. Under some conditions the delivery man will leave a note at your mailbox if you are not at home and your orders will be held at your local post office for up to 30 days for you to collect or it will be returned to its sender, we are not responsible for this and you will need to pay the shipping cost if you want it to be resent to your address. So please check your tracking information frequently in case you miss your parcel.

  • all orders are sent with tracking number

  • Please double check the order information that you choose and input is correct before you checkout.

    You can change or cancel your order before you receive a shipping confirmation email. Please contact hello@leawoostudio.com asap if you want to change anything.

    You can not cancel/change your order and get refunded if the parcels are sent and you received your shipment confirmation email.

    We are not responsible for your order being sent to a wrong address after you receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • We offer customized products and if you are looking for something that is not sold in our shop, for example: a customized size of print you can contact me at hello@leawoostudio.com

  • We are always trying our best to make sure you receive your order safe and sound but if under any unexpected situation your order is damaged please contact me at hello@leawoostudio.com as soon as possible and list your information of delivery. This should include your order number, your name and photos showing the damage of your orders. Please do it within 7 days once you receive your order I am not responsible for any damage if you do not email me within 7 days.

  • We are not responsible for any losses or delays caused by the courier service.

    Please contact your local postal office for lost/delayed parcels and provide them with the tracking number. They will figure this out for you. And we will offer as much help as we can if you contact hello@leawoostudio.com

  • We do not accept returns due to that we are small business unless you receive a wrong order and if there is anything wrong with your order please contact me at hello@leawoostudio.com

  • The price for the items do not include taxes and buyers are solely responsible for any fees incurred as import taxes and all goods are sent from China so please check your country’s tax policies.

  • Currently we only accept paypal payments and if you need other payment methods you are welcome to contact me at hello@leawoostudio.com
